Lunch at UConn today

We’re at the UConn branch from 11:30 to 1:30. We have to ride out this fantastic tomato season while they are still available. Featuring the Roasted Tomato and Eggplant soup again today. It’s warm and tomatoey, with chunks of roasted eggplant and a hint of curry. Garnished with cilantro and served with a piece of crusty, rocket-made, rustic whole wheat bread.

We will not be at the Oddo Print Shop today. After we leave UConn, the rocket has to take on provisions. We’re out of Avery’s Black Cherry soda!!
