Rocket making two landings today

We’ll be at the Oddo Print Shop until 3:00 and then up at the UConn branch from 4:30 to 6:30. The crew has prepared a delicious roasted tomato and eggplant soup. Served hot, the soup has chickpeas, caramelized carrots, roasted garlic and pieces of Asian and Italian eggplant which have been caressed with just a hint of curry. Garnished with cilantro and served with a piece of crusty, rocket-made, rustic whole wheat bread.
