Sherman F. Avery began making soda in the red barn on Corbin Avenue in New Britain during the summer of 1904. To this day their sodas are still handcrafted using methods and recipes from generations ago including real cane sugar, the finest quality ingredients and naturally pure well water. Each flavor is carefully made in small batches and is packaged only in glass bottles to preserve the wonderful old-fashioned flavor.
Rocket exclusively serves Avery’s sodas and agrees . . . “Always ask for Avery’s”.
Why Avery’s? Because they’ve been around since 1904, they use real cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup, they brag about their “state of the art 1950’s bottling facility”, and they are real nice people with broad smiles. Visit the red barn on Corbin Avenue in New Britain when you get a chance. Tell them the rocket sent you. We promise you will not be disappointed.
