pork and chile stewPork and Green Chile Stew is on board today. Local pork shoulder is stewed with roasted green chiles, tomato, onion, garlic, cumin and chicken stock. We’re serving it over soft organic polenta. There is just enough spice to warm you on a chilly November day. Nothing overwhelming, just a nice warm hug.
