Pork Belly on board for lunch in Kennedy Plaza, 12:00 to 1:45. You can have it neat, but we really encourage the use of our own rocket-made sweet relish and sriracha. The belly is cooked confit-style in bacon fat for six hours, sliced, and crisped to order on the flat top.
