New stuff aboard today includes Asparagus Salad and Mini Baked Potatoes. Freshly cut local asparagus is drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, lemon, and sea salt. It is served chilled. The potatoes are locally grown mini russets baked and then tossed with vermont butter and sea salt. Eat ’em skin and all.
