Today’s flight plan includes two great events.
Truckapalooza takes place at the Roger Williams National Memorial from 1:00 to 4:00. Ten percent of our proceeds go to benefit The City Meal Site. They make nutritious meals available each day throughout Providence for those in need. The rocket will be there from 1:00 to 2:30 and then we blast off for Kennedy Plaza and the FirstWorks Festival. Every corner of The Plaza will be transformed into a tapestry of light, sound and movement. Dancers will twirl, leap and cartwheel across the side of downtown’s tallest buildings–all caught in the dazzling lights of the illuminated plaza.
