Lunch and Dinner on Thayer Street / Mijos and the Hat of Legitimacy . . . The Real Story

This is the movie poster for Touch of Evil, the film noir classic set in a Mexican border town written, directed by, and co-starring Orson Welles. Orson was insistent that Mijos be incorporated into the film after becoming bewitched by the tacos and their creator, Chef Gobin. Orson affectionately referred to him as Pedro. The tale of The Hat of Legitimacy unfolded on set and shall be revealed to you tomorrow or maybe the next day. It really depends upon how much time I have.
