It’s almost Summer, time to have a little more fun than normal. Hot Dogs are fun, especially when accompanied by a piece of Pommes Paillasson, Roasted Red Beet Salad or Warm Potato Salad with Herb Vinaigrette.

Made by Pearl Meats in Randolph, Massachusetts, our dogs are all beef, have a natural casing and are very tasty. They have that juicy, beefy snap that releases hot dog pheronomes within a twelve foot radius. It’s what made Sinatra so irresistible.
