These burgers are totally organic and have a base composed of brown and wild rice. Sauteed in olive oil, they crust beautifully, have gorgeous color, and taste of the Mediterranean. Served on a locally baked roll and topped with red leaf lettuce. Feel free to top with organic ketchup, mustard, mayo, raw onion, caramelized onion, hot sauce, etc.
