Our food is 100% real and honest, prepared from scratch with care and pride using fresh, naturally raised ingredients which are locally sourced whenever possible. Honest food is more tasty, more nutritious and makes you feel good.
All of our burgers are made of Niman Ranch Angus Beef. Certified Angus heritage cattle are raised on ranches known for open-range practices, are fed 100% vegetarian diets, are humanely and sustainably raised and handled, and are free of hormones and antibiotics.
We try to use as many local ingredients as possible. Today we are using Pain de Mie from Seven Stars Bakery for our Grilled Cheese and Silver Star Bakery rolls for the Parisienne Burger.
West African Sweet Potato and Peanut Soup, Classic Tomato Soup, Mom’s Mac and Cheese, Roasted Garlic Grilled Cheese, and our amazing burgers are all aboard today! Oh, and don’t forget about Deep Space Chocolate Pudding, made from scratch with organic whole milk.
