Here you see one of the very first Jupiter Burgers. It’s creation is not unlike the formation of heavenly bodies . . . beautiful to behold and oh so delicious. The Jupiter is dedicated to meat lovers. This is six ounces of naturally raised Angus Beef (free of hormones and antibiotics) seared upon a hot iron flat top grill in Vermont Butter. There is no further adornment other than coarse salt and freshly cracked pepper . . . nothing to get in the way of biting into this beefy, juicy burger encased in a butter induced crust of perfect depth. Zen on a bun.
While the crew has lately focused on speed of service, be advised that The Jupiter takes a while to come into being . . . allow about eight minutes. We suggest filling this time with happy thoughts.
This weekend the rocket is seeing plenty of action.
We’ll be at the Torrington Farmers’ Market on Saturday from 10:00 until 1:00 and then on Sunday we visit the new Federal Flea in Brookfield.
