We’re at the Market today with some new menu items. The Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato, and Basil Sandwich is back after its winter hiatus. Also onboard is a Piedmontese Hashed Beef with Red Wine on Polenta. This is a perfect dish for a day like today. Angus beef, a little pancetta, and green cabbage is slowly cooked with red wine, fennel, and garlic. Served on a grilled wedge of creamy polenta, it gently warms the soul.
